- I've been a yoga practitioner since 1999 with a strong background in Anusara Yoga. I had the great fortitude to take my first Anusara workshop Valentine's weekend 2001. My studies with John Friend, founder of Anusara, have been deeply moving and continue to unfold within me. In February 2008 I began studying the ancient Chinese Internal Martial arts. I currently study Silk Reeling Spiral power Qi Gong and Chen style Tai Chi. The Chinese arts have provided a nice balance to my yoga practice as well as my path of Natural Horsemanship training. I'm finding more softness and a greater energetic power with this combination for these disciplines. To all my spiritual teachers, I am eternally Grateful. For without their Grace I would not be on the path of Liberation.
